A Birth Certificate attests the birth of a person and specifies the following information: name, surname, date and city of birth. It does not contain the time of birth or any annotations to marriage, divorce, death.
EXTRACT OF BIRTH
The Extract of Birth shows the essential data derived from the act of birth and can also include other marginal notes: time of birth, hospital name, parents' names, marriage, divorce, death.
INTEGRAL COPY OF THE ACT OF BIRTH
The Integral Copy of the Act of Birth is the certified copy of the birth certificate containing all the entries listed on its civil registry office: certifies the surname, first name, additional first names, sex, place of birth, hour, day, month and year of birth, city of birth registration, and includes the marginal notes (marriage, divorce, death).
MULTILANGUAGE BIRTH CERTIFICATE
The Multilanguage Birth Certificate is a document attesting the date and place of birth of an individual, issued in Multilanguage format to be used abroad without any translation. This kind of certificate has been established according to the Vienna Convention of Sept. 8th 1976 and it is established that the Multilanguage Certificates is valid and recognized in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey.
