Residence certificate

The residence certificate is a document attesting the current residence of a person. The residence certificate, therefore, contains information relating to the residence of a person entered in the Civil Register Office, including data such as name, surname, date and place of birth, address and town of residence. VALIDITY: The Italian Residence Certificate is valid in Italy for 6 months.

Historical residence certificate

The historical residence certificate is instead a document that contains reports and information relating to the previous residence of a person in a particular municipality. Therefore, in the case where there is a change of residence, it is necessary to communicate the transfer from one to another town hall with the competent offices. Alpha

Birth certificate

A Birth Certificate attests the birth of a person and specifies the following information: name, surname, date and city of birth. It does not contain the time of birth or any annotations to marriage, divorce, death.

Family status certificate

The Family Status Certificate is a document containing the data of persons residing at the same residence address and in the same housing unit. In case of family members, next to each name is written the specific role in the family composition.

Historical family status certificate

The Historical Family Status Certificate attests the family composition (i.e. the people resulting in the same unit property) on a given date.

The Marriage Certificate

The Marriage Certificate contains information about a couple’s marriage (personal details of the couple, date and place) entered in the Civil Registry Office.

Extract of marriage

The Extract of Marriage attests the event of marriage and specifies information about the date and the personal details of the couple. It may also contain any additional annotations: residence, citizenship, property regime (communion / separation of property), divorce.

Full copy of marriage act

The Full Copy of Marriage Act is a certified copy of the certificate reported on the civil registry that contains the data of the spouses names, dates and places of birth, date of marriage. It may also contain any marginal notes: name of the parish priest, church's name, residence, citizenship, property regime (communion / separation of property), divorce.

Multilanguage marriage certificate

The Multilanguage Marriage Certificate is a document attesting the date and place of marriage of a couple, issued in Multilanguage format to be used abroad without any translation. This kind of certificate has been established according to the Vienna Convention of Sept. 8th 1976 and it is established that the Multilanguage Certificates is valid and recognized in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey.

The Citizenship Certificate

The Citizenship Certificate attests the Italian citizenship of a person. It demonstrates the Italian citizenship and can therefore only be issued to persons resident in Italy. It contains the personal data (name, surname, date and place of birth) and the specification of citizenship.

Extract of birth

The Extract of Birth shows the essential data derived from the act of birth and can also include other marginal notes: time of birth, hospital name, parents' names, marriage, divorce, death.

Integral copy of the act of birth

The Integral Copy of the Act of Birth is the certified copy of the birth certificate containing all the entries listed on its civil registry office: certifies the surname, first name, additional first names, sex, place of birth, hour, day, month and year of birth, city of birth registration, and includes the marginal notes (marriage, divorce, death).

Multilanguage birth certificate

The Multilanguage Birth Certificate is a document attesting the date and place of birth of an individual, issued in Multilanguage format to be used abroad without any translation.
