A Certificato dei Carichi Pendenti (Certificate pending charges, or called the Certificate of outstanding criminal proceedings) is a document that reports the list of a person’s pending criminal proceedings. To request this certificate, it is necessary to be or to have been resident in Italy.
This document is often requested for job searching, adoption, citizenship & immigration applications abroad, to prove that you were not convicted of any crime while you were staying in Italy. Please noted that this certificate is valid ONLY for a maximum of six months from the date of issue.
