A Certificato Generale del Casellario Giudiziale (Certificate of Criminal Record) is a certificate that contains a summary of a person’s criminal convictions registered in the Italian Judicial Records that may no longer be subject to appeal. This certificated incorporated the penal, civil, and administrative conviction, and also containing any potential conviction included in the European criminal record.
This document is often requested for job searching, adoption, citizenship & immigration applications abroad, to prove that you were not convicted of any crime while you were staying in Italy. Please noted that this certificate is valid ONLY for a maximum of six months from the date of issue.
