Apostille

All types of documents originating in Italy are destined for a country that is a member of the Hague Convention, an Apostille is required to attest the legal value of the document.



Consulate Legalization

In cases where an apostille is not an option, then authentication and legalization by the Consulate of the destination country in Italy should be applied.


Sworn Translation

The certified translator who has performed the translation should swear an oath in the Italian Court to attest that the translation is faithfully equivalent to the original text.
